Fall fishing on the 'Stone and living is easy. Most of these fish ate a little dry fly, size 14 humpy or parachute, etc. The big brown in my picture ate a hare's ear under a small hopper. He came up and gave the hopper a look, then ate the dropper. The smaller hopper patterns are still working fairly well. The brown trout are really turning on, stocking up on calories for the spawn and the onset of winter.
