The upper Stillwater is fishing very well. Flows are high, so wade fishing is tough.Inexperienced oarsmen should not attempt this float. Fish are hammering pheasant tails and prince nymphs. We took one nice brown on a stonefly dry, but that was it. A few PMD's were around, but nothing on them.
