The fall mayfly hatches have started! Fish are on PMD's and tricos early, hoppers midday and baetis and yellow duns in the evening. Big fish are playing the little mayfly game this time of year. This nice brown ate a #14 pheasant tail. Another nice brown ate a #16 olive parachute yesterday. Tons of little fish are rising to spinners and duns, but look carefully and you will find some big fish among them!
